New York Fashion Week is that biennial circus-of-the-now, reminding us all how ferocious fashion can be and how global our seemingly little community is. Mission was proud to participate in this chaotic and truly exciting time with New York’s greatest taste-makers on behalf of Belvedere Vodka.
The Mission US team kicked off the week with Fashion’s Night Out on September 8th. At John Varvatos‘ Bowery boutique Belvedere was on hand to celebrate with a live performance by The Roots. We were also there for Opening Ceremony‘s Mercado de Carnaval at the Ace Hotel as well as the VEVO: Fashion Meets Music event.
Soon we were in full-swing, helping designers like Rodarte and Prabal Gurung toast their latest collections with Belvedere cocktails. Notables like Lindsay Lohan, Liv Tyler, and Johnny Knoxville were spotted dancing and mingling at the Standard’s Purple Magazine party while Kourtney Kardashian and Audrina Patridge checked out the Alice & Olivia presentation and party. All in all, it was an incredibly successful week – filled with great style and even greater cocktails. That being said, we all need a good nap after this one. See you in February!
