Genius Gluten Free Tea At Claridges

May 12, 2010, by kaydine

A selection of food and gluten free bloggers were invited to attend a gluten free tea at the prestigious Claridges hotel, which was put on by Genius, the gluten free bread.

Guests sipped on champagne and nibbled on sandwiches made with Genius bread, raspberry and rosewater macaroons, fruit tarlets with pastry cases and freshly baked raisin and apple scones with Devonshire clotted cream and strawberry preserve, which are a yet-to-be released product that Lucinda Bryce-Gardyne, the inventor of Genius bread, has created.

Lucinda, who is a trained chef, spoke passionately about the Genius brand and how she started it, which was an eye opener for guests.

Guests left with Genius goodie bag and a great gluten free tea experience.

Genius bread is now stocked in all five major supermarkets, and a gluten free tea can be pre-requested at Claridges.
