February 2011 will see British designer Lee Broom launch his first store within London’s leading lifestyle destination, The Shop at Bluebird. Both The Shop at Bluebird and the award winning interior and product designer feel that this retail collaboration is a perfect fit for their brands.
Lee Broom comments, ‘The Shop at Bluebird is without question one of my favourite stores in the world. I have always admired their originality and style, in particular how they combine fashion and interiors so effortlessly.”
To mark this unique partnership Lee Broom will be creating two brand new lighting products. The Decanterlight was one of Broom’s most successful products of 2010 and is one that particularly caught the eye of The Shop at Bluebird. Therefore a limited edition Decanterlight in a subtle etched finish will be sold exclusively at the store for the duration of the collaboration.
In addition to this Broom will be launching a new product within the Decanter range called The ‘Decanterlamp’ (image). Wine and port decanters are piled up to form an elegant lamp base in either a transparent or white lacquered finish. The lamps are topped with either a white or cool grey shade.
