Krug Kreperie
Krug tasked Mission with devising a creative concept to bring the Krug experience to a wider audience while showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship and versatility of the champagne, and thus the Krug Krêperie was born
Collaborating with Michelin-star chef Pierre Koffmann to design six crêpes that pair perfectly with the delicate notes of Krug Grande Cuvée, Mission created a pop up crêperie in London’s Covent Garden
For one week, the public were invited to immerse themselves in a luxurious winter culinary wonderland in the form of three over-sized champagne crates, one housing the kitchen and bar, and two operating as chic dining pods. Channeling a chalet aesthetic, each pod seated six and featured heated benches, sheepskin rugs and Baccarat crystal chandeliers
The Krug Krêperie served a choice of Koffmann crepes – three savoury and three sweet – with a glass of Krug for £35 before moving the menu to Koffmann’s at The Berkeley through the months of December and January
The Krug Krêperie was a highly engaging event, gaining successful coverage across multiple titles including the Evening Standard, Telegraph Luxury, Tatler, The Times and Independent
