After achieving a first class degree in Decorative Art, Lucy gained three years of experience in the events industry. This led to her setting up her own fashion label, which she still manages as a side project. After 18 months of working as co-assistant to Mission founder, Nicola Stephenson and CEO Will Harris, she now works as Assistant to Managing Director, Edward Green in the Media Sector of the Mission business
