lululemon presents ‘Cheeky Yoga’

On the 20th of March, yoga studios across London were filled to the brim with yoga lovers both novice and pro, as lululemon unleashed Cheeky Yoga on the capital. In advance of their first UK store opening on the 28th March on Longacre, Covent Garden, lululemon took over 21 studios across London to offer free yoga to everyone. All members of the public had to do was book through cheekyyogalondon.com and a space on the in-demand class was theirs.
Keeping with the brand mantra, all lululemon locations across the globe have strong ties to their local communities, running in-store events ranging from self-defense to goal-setting workshops to complimentary yoga classes led by community ambassadors, and London is no different. Cheeky Yoga follows on from the hugely successful ‘Movement’ where 350 members of the public were able to practice yoga free of charge to a live orchestra under the world-famous glass canopy of the Covent Garden Opera House.
With classes starting at 6:00 am and finishing late in to the evening ,there were a lot of sun salutations to pack into one day. Fortunately, lululemon were on hand to travel in style with the arrival of branded ‘taxifesto’ taxis to carry yoga lovers on to their next stop.
The store opens on the 28th March with a 9:00am yoga class for the first to arrive followed by the official store opening at 10:00am.
