The Music of Krug

The Music of Krug

To mark the annual re-creation of Krug Grande Cuvee, Champagne connoisseurs Krug teamed up with the Philharmonia Orchestra to launch a digital exhibition highlighting the parallels between conducting a symphony orchestra and composing Krug Grande Cuvee.

The experiential installation, held at the Loading Bay in Shoreditch, took consumers on a journey, demonstrating the development of the champagne through the live multi-sensory experience of the orchestra. Its starts with the first picking of the grapes, signified by a solitary violin solo, and ending with the full orchestra playing Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring to illustrate the delicate taste of Krug Grande Cuvee blended from 120 different wines.
