Over the weekend, Mission supported the fabulous Cloudy Bay wines and the very talented Tom Aikens bring something a little special to the people of Parsons Green. The Cloudy Bay Shack was back for another year, set around a 1950′s airstream and, over two days, sold an absolute abundance of top notch wines paired with the perfect dishes to treat each diners’ palette. The menu was chosen from a shortlist by six of London’s most admired food bloggers during a fantastic night, hosted by Tom, at Tom’s Kitchen in Chelsea. The sprawling mass of people queuing for another glass and another dish all weekend is testament to their impeccable taste and Mission would like to thank each one of them for their support.
And, of course, we would like to thank Tom Aikens and Cloudy Bay for the opportunity to put the ‘Shack on for a second year! Rock on 2011.
